Return/Shipping Policy


If your product is found to be defective upon opening please notify us within 48 hours using our contact form. Defective items may be returned for exchange (no handling fee will be charged for defective returns) within 30 days FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Please contact us here to make an exchange or for a refund.

Open, non-defective products are not returnable for reasons of health and hygiene. We appreciate your understanding!

However, if you are not happy for whatever reason, we want to make it right and replace or apply refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving and we will make exchange or process a return. You will receive refund within 2 weeks of the product being returned. Credit will be issued to the original payment method used. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping & Handling:

We want you to get your order as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying your products.  We take 1-3 business days to process, and 2-4 days for shipping, depending on location.

We charge a flat $3.99 for all shipping and handling in the United States. We currently take international orders but will charge the full cost for shipping at this time. Please contact us for special orders.
